This piece was inspired by the feeling of being verbally attacked, of recoiling from a barrage of words.

I've used acrylics with spray paint, lifting and printing the paint with tissue paper and scratching dynamic marks into the surface. The piece is varnished and mounted in a wooden tray frame, fitted with hanging hardware and ready to hang.
